You’ll discover the secrets of maintaining a starter, shaping loaves, and what makes sourdough unique, all while enjoying good company, great wine, and a little spooky spirit.
Each guest will take home their own dough ready to bake, along with a live sourdough starter to keep your baking journey going long after class. Witch hats and costumes encouraged!
